Newly Purchased (3/24) and is currently being COMPLETELY remodeled - "The Kimberly" is going to be a large 6 bedroom house with a nothing but high end luxury amenities and furnishings. In addition, the fabulous Beach Front location is only steps to the sand! The house is located on the Middle Beach area of Surfside Beach, just before the county beach / free beach area. Downstairs you will discover a wonderful space for entertaining, cooking, relaxing & gathering with friends & family. With an enclosed outdoor shower, water hose, hammock, BBQ pit, picnic table, furniture and private walkway to the beach.

The main level deck is a spacious wraparound deck that is partially covered with spectacular views of both the beach & bay. The upper-level deck gets better with the elevation. The water views show off everything mother nature has to offer. The upper-level deck is accessible from the Junior Suite and Presidential Suite. Inside you will walk into an open concept living area with water views. On the main level you will find the Kitchen, Living Room, Primary Suite with ensuite & Bunk / Gaming Room, laundry area, and one additional full bathroom accessible by all guests & Bunk / Game Room. Upstairs are four bedrooms and two full bath. See room information below.

Dogs are very welcome with a non-refundable fee per dog. 2 dogs max. Dogs must be left in a kennel when guests are gone. No exceptions. No other animals accepted. Guests are required to wash and dry dogs downstairs after returning back to the house from the beach and owners must pick up dog waste. Great location right off of the water with direct access to the beach. Plumbing isnt great but everything else was fine. Would rent again.

The house is great for large groups.

The layout of the house is nice for large fanilies to spend a great beach trip together yet still have personal space. House is conveniently close to Surfside stores and restaurants. I know when the owner completes his vision of the downstairs entertainment area the house will be one of the brst rentals in the area
