Located on an expansive corner lot, views from the wrap around deck are AMAZING!  There are water views from the front and back decks! Hear the waves while relaxing on the expansive, shaded front porch or watch massive ships come into the port terminal while lounging on the back deck.  Your possibilities are endless! New whole-house reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration plus an additional RO-filtered faucet in the kitchen! An open concept living room opens up into a light and bright dining area and glorious Chef's kitchen - ready for meal prepping and entertaining.  Stainless appliances, built in microwave and plenty of kitchen island space, perfect for all gatherings! Down the hallway, directly to your right, is a convenient, sleek and modern half bathroom. Across is the brand-new laundry area complete with workspace, hanging bar, and stackable high-efficiency washer and dryer. Further down the hallway you will find the sleeping quarters. Thanksgiving Holiday

We loved staying at this property! We have family in Lake Jackson but we always like to have our own space when we come to visit. This home was very close to all surrounding cities. Home was very clean. Well decorated. Great layout. Master bathroom was very spacious! The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved relaxing on the giant couch in the living room at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE!!

The property exceeded our expectations! The home is equipped with top of the line appliances. The furniture was great. I need to find out where the owner purchased that couch. It was sooooo comfy. The beds are relaxing. It was a perfect spot for myself, my teenager and college age kids to go for a quick end of summer trip before school starts. I will definitely rent this again.
