THE MAIN HOUSE

The Main House is the estate’s signature gathering home — elegant, spacious, and designed for connection.

Inside, the great room features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, skylights, chandeliers, hardwood floors, large artwork, and multiple seating areas. It is a beautiful place for your group to relax, talk, read, or gather after a day on the island.

One of the home’s best features is the glass-wrapped billiards room, with a pool table, natural light, water views, and direct deck access. It gives the house a private-club feel and is perfect for rainy days, after-dinner games, or late-night conversations.

A bright waterfront lounge adds another peaceful space for morning coffee, reading, remote work, or quiet time with views toward the trees and water.

This listing is for overnight stays in the Main House.

Events, parties, weddings, ceremonies, receptions, retreat programs, vendor setups, or gatherings beyond the overnight guest group require advance approval and may involve additional event fees.

Please inquire before booking if you plan to host any event or gathering.

Guests have access to the Main House and approved shared estate amenities, including the beach, dock, tennis court, putting green, dog park, and grounds.

Other guest houses, operational areas, storage areas, and maintenance spaces may be restricted unless the full estate is booked.

Waterfront, beach, dock, court, and outdoor amenities are used at guests’ own risk and may be subject to weather, tide, seasonal conditions, and property rules.
