Events, parties, weddings, ceremonies, receptions, retreat programs, vendor setups, or gatherings beyond the overnight guest group require advance approval and may involve additional event fees.

Guests have access to The Lodge and approved shared estate amenities, including the beach, dock, tennis court, putting green, dog park, and grounds.

The Main House, other guest houses, operational areas, storage areas, and maintenance spaces may be restricted unless the full estate is booked.

Waterfront, beach, dock, court, and outdoor amenities are used at guests’ own risk and may be subject to weather, tide, seasonal conditions, and property rules.

A payment processing fee equal to 5% of the total booking amount is included in the price shown. This fee is non-refundable, including in the event of a cancellation.
