This was our second stay at this lovely home, and we already have booked again. Great location-easily walkable to town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Love the open layout, fabulous master bath/shower, comfy bed, ample storage, well equipped kitchen-- it totally meets our needs for 4-5 days stays when we are traveling across the U.S. Enjoyed walking to wine tasting or dinner and also driving just a short way to other wineries and restaurants. Susan was always reachable and very responsive. Thank you!

We have stayed in Fredericksburg twice/year for several years, and this is now our favorite property! Perfect location, totally quiet at night, clean, modern-- the master bed and bath are extra plush! Susan was always immediately responsive (had an issue with the TV which she solved). We enjoyed walking around the area and into town but also driving just a short way to other wineries and to Leroy's barbecue for the best carnitas tacos! We liked how easy it was to return to the home to rest between activities too. We are already booked for March. So happy to find this gem with such a great property manager!

A really fantastic place to make home base for the week! Close to everything but still quiet and restful. Plenty of room and the outside gathering space (including hot tub) were lovely. Was able to get some work done early in the week before my family came down too! Will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 25th Sisters’ Retreat in one of our favorite towns, Fredericksburg! Prost House was perfect for our stay, the rooms were spacious with ample closet space for sisters. We prepared our own hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday, the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location and proximity to Main Street, we were able to walk downtown for shopping in the day and only drove our car for dinner both nights. A great time was had!Sincerely,Audria Patrick

It was a great girls trip in a beautiful house in a great location. We could walk to coffee and downtown. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the house is even cuter in person! I’d definitely stay again.
