Front desk clerks were mostly friendly with Alex being the friendliest and most helpful of all. Typical breakfast offerings with scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon as hot food items. Breakfast staff very friendly and kept everything stocked and clean. Room was clean. I stayed 5 days/4 nights and declined housekeeping services, except for getting a couple of trash bags and some fresh towels. The building appears to be pretty old with few renovations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and do recommend this property as a budget friendly option.

Toilet ran all the time, unless you messed with the handle. Frig made noise all the time. A/c did not work very well. Most annoying, the last night we were there, people were hanging out by the bench right outside the front door. Drinking and being loud. This was at 1130 pm and no employee did anything about it. Won’t stay there again.

Room was very clean. Asked for hand towel - staff got us one. Staff very courteous. Bathtub drain had white paint in it. Bathroom door on inside needed cleaning around the door handle - dark smudges. Bed was comfortable- would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff was amazing. The staff that was doing breakfast prep was amazing. He never stop refilling everything. The reason I only gave 3 stars is bc our shower rod was installed wrong, so the curtain was constantly coming open which would cause the floor to flood. The stopper would not stay open so I was having to shove something under it to keep it open so water could drain while showering. Also the faucet dripped constantly. And the water would never get hot enough, so if I took a bath, the cold would constantly drip in the Luke warm water and cool it down more. We also had a fire alarm go off one morning at 5:11am,,,called the desk and they said they were working on turning it off. I went down to check, no firetruck or emergency vehicles anywhere. Alarm finally went of in about 10mins. Next morning at 5:25 it went off again, but only three loud alarm buzzing, then shut off. Basically just enough to wake everyone again.

Overall the staff was polite, respectful and helpful...my only complaint was noise: loud guest in the hallway till midnight, high traffic volume on the nearby roadway and to top it off the fire alarm was triggered at 5 am on the morning of Nov 30th 2025 (think someone tried to make a waffle before the breakfast service began) anyway, the alarm continued to sound for quite some time (approx 20 mins).

The rooms are very run down. We had a suite and the living room was fine but the bedroom was so musty and humid. It made the carpet and bed feel wet. We ended up only staying one night of 2 because of this, but the front desk was very helpful getting our 2nd night cancelled
