Welcome to our charming beach-themed tiny home located in Fredericksburg, TX! Our cute & cozy space is the perfect escape for those seeking a special retreat in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Sip wine and watch the sunset from the deck, relax on the comfortable couch and stream some of your favorite movies or soak in the hot tub under the beautiful Texas stars! Inside, enjoy the beachy decor and modern amenities. We can't wait to host you!

The Space:
This charming tiny home brings the beach to Fredericksburg! The Home features a loft with a queen sized bed. Full bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and space for hanging clothes. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, large sink, stove top, microwave and full sized fridge.

As for the property itself, you'll be able to enjoy 3 acres of beautiful land, offering a very private and peaceful environment for your getaway -- all while still located just minutes from Main St. You'll also be able to enjoy a gorgeous Hill Country sunset every night while relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub.

Guest Access:
In addition to the Tiny Home you'll notice two other structures on the property: The main house (Hollmig Haus) and a small cabin. You will have full access to the Tiny Home and the shared property. As for the other two houses these may be occupied by other guests at times. However, rest assured you'll have complete and total privacy during your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Fantastic Tiny Home Vacation

We had an amazing weekend at this rental! The home was the perfect size for our group and exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of towels and cleaning necessities, which made our stay even more convenient.We especially loved the hot tub—it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The open space around the property gave us a peaceful, secluded feel while still being close enough to everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was enjoying our morning coffee on the porch and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evening.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’d love to come back!

So amazing!

My best friend and I rented this place and it was perfect. Out in the country with a hot tub and only a 5 minute drive to downtown! This place was adorable, clean, and was just perfect for what we needed. My dog Khloe loved it too! She had place to roam but did get a lot of stickers. But that comes with the country life. Thank you so much for the experience! Loved every moment!
