*Pool can be heated to @88 degrees for $75/ day March-Oct and $100/ day Nov-Feb. If temps are too low outside and the pool can’t reach 88, Host will either not heat the pool or will turn off the heater and refund the fee. Ask Host in advance.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you plan on having loud or late night partying/pool use. CITY QUIET HOURS are 10 pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 10pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm. This property may use NoiseAware noise monitoring device (one interior and one exterior). It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations but simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Violators will immediately LOSE THEIR DEPOSIT if a neighbor complains to the host. Renter and Guests will also BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY (WITH NO REFUND on the rental) if there is a 2ND NEIGHBOR Complaint OR if the POLICE are called. YOU wIll also be Liable for The NOISE VIOLATION TICKET /FINE.

For non-emergencies call 830-997-7585 6) Trash cans are at the end of the driveway 7) Fredericksburg is a Dark Skies Community so please turn off exterior lights when not using. 8) For help at the property, contact Jill Harpold at 830-998-5008 during the day (8am-10pm) and Keidel Hughes at night (10pm-8am). If on vacation, an updated contact will be on the sign on the kitchen counter.
