I liked- the large area to walk dogs and the friendly check in staff. I didn't like- I double checked with the front desk as to what time check out was. ..noon. We left to eat breakfast at a restaurant and came back to find our belongings stacked out in the hallway. We were back at 10:30 am. Front desk said she'd talk to the girl. I'm uncomfortable leaving this review. There was probably a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. It is a nicely kept property and I would stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay in Kerrville

My cousin and I were in Kerrville to explore the surrounding Hill Country and picked Hampton Inn due to its excellent reputation. We had only a few minor problems—the shampoo dispenser was empty plus the alarm clock went off every morning in spite of our efforts to disable it. There was no ice dispenser on our floor although there was a sign and space for one. Otherwise, our room was clean and comfortable, tv, refrigerator and microwave all worked well, and breakfast was very good with plenty of offerings. All personnel were polite and pleasant.
