Had an excellent 3 night stay! The house was really clean and well appointed and in a perfect location for our first trip to Fredericksburg. Loved the hot tub but sadly couldn’t use the fire pit because of the county burn ban. Great communication from Absolute Charm made it easy to find, get in and leave. Highly recommend!

We experiencing a seamless check in and had the best stay at this adorably decorated house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt like luxury. We so enjoyed the spacious back yard and especially the front porch looking out onto the quiet neighborhood street. The house was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we needed. We would definitely return!

Beautiful property looks like Joanna Gains just remodeled. Has everything you need to relax and enjoy Fredericksburg. Only small improvement might be a few more kitchen knives. So, we give it a 9.9 out of 10. We would definitely stay again!

Mother’s Day weekend

My 2 girlfriends and I came down for the weekend for a wine tasting/shopping getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased by the experience!! The only issue we encountered was a broken door handle in the back bedroom but we were still able to use it. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were properly stocked and immaculate! We all agreed that we would come stay again in the future as it was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at yet!! The location of the property was close to everything downtown, we walked to/from dinner both nights and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Can’t wait to come back!!

Two family members and I stayed for a long weekend in April 2025. The house was perfect and it was easy (for us) to walk the approximate 1 mile to the main business district for restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything we needed was supplied. Beautiful house and yard for lounging and we loved having a hot tub!

Colorful, quiet, Fredericksburg Getaway

We were very comfortable staying in this lovely cottage in Fredericksburg. The place was exactly as the pictures, very clean with plenty of towels in the bathrooms and comfortable beds in bedrooms.The house was nicely furnished with plenty of room to spread out.We felt safe in the quaint neighborhood.
