Great stay!

So happy with our stay at the Eagles Hangout. Great place, secluded, plenty of parking, clean, quiet, and fully stocked. Will definitely consider Bach Bros Properties in the future for any other Rentals when we are in this area again. Our pets loved the clean artificial turf and secured privacy fenced in area. The Host Joe, was very accommodating and gracious . Especially when we left an item behind and he mailed it to us. Very appreciative. Great stay.

Everything You Need

Perfect little 1 bedroom villa close to downtown Fredericksburg, but far enough away to feel secluded. Other guests respected the quiet hours and we had no issues with noise at night.Great location for easy access to downtown and the local wineries off of 290.
