This Neo-colonial two bedroom rowhouse was built c. 1860 and reflects the flirty combination of new and old that is the trademark of downtown Frederick. The carefully curated main living space is open and memorably stylish. The kitchen is a chef's dream with tons of light and brand new appliances. Each bedroom was custom designed features top of the line mattresses and down pillows, and each boasting an en suite bath. The spacious backyard has a fire pit and patio seating.

Our stay at The Madison was lovely. The home is charming and fully equipped to handle a anything from a one night stay to an extended getaway. Nearly everything to downtown Frederick is walkable and we enjoyed a few days of great weather to do just so. Check in was extremely easy and the host was quick with response time fielding any questions we had. We loved both rooms with ensuite bathrooms and the comfort of the living room to unwind after a long day. I recommend you pay attention to the on street parking street sweeping times as you WILL get a ticket if you don't take note of them like we did :) I would definitely recommend The Madison to anyone visiting!

Nice cozy home, great for chilling with a friend. But be aware - parking on Wednesday night must be across the road to accommodate street cleaning. Cost me 24 because I didn't read page 8 in the handbook until the morning after checking in.

This property ended up being 30 min away from where our sports tournament was. However, it was amazing and we are so glad we booked it. Super clean and the location was awesome. Such a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. And the property manager was amazing to work with.

My friend and I enjoyed five nights at the Madison. We were very happy with everything. The beds and pillows were wonderful. Loved the decor and cleanliness. The location was great for exploring downtown Frederick and Carrol Creek and day trips to Annapolis, DC, and Harper’s Ferry.
