Although the room was excellent the WiFi was dismal. We booked two rooms and the wifi did not work . When we contacted the front desk about the issue via phone there was no answer. The check in was easy and Alice did an excellent job. The dining option downstairs at the German restaurant was not good. The service at the restaurant was slow and the server was not trained. There is definitely room for improvement. If they can fix the Wi-Fi that would be a big plus.

Check in was very busy and slow. Check out however was ridiculous. Staff refused to tell me what my bill was and pointed to the express check out box. After insisting he finally informed me I was being charged for WiFi despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member. Would have been scammed for 18 euros. Be aware.

The check-in was very slow. Why is no phone-based online access possible? There was a long line at the standard check-in counter but the VIP counter was empty and the staff stands around there, happy with no duties. In general the hotel is nice with spacious rooms but the service staff looks frustrated and not much interested around the guests. In general the hotel has weird floor plan with elevators at the end, resulting in long walks to the room.
