When we arrived at the hotel the had moved us to another hotel over 25 miles further from the stadium. We were there to see the football game and chose this hotel for the location.

When we arrived after a 1 hr 45 min drive we were told we have been relocated to a hotel 25 mis further away. No notice from Expedia or the hotel was given prior. We ended up missing the beging of the event we were there for. New hotel was also under construction and the elevator was broken.Wont be back

I wasn't happy about the 'hidden fee' -- to wit: a $25 pre-4 pm check-in fee. (We were allowed to access the room without paying it.) It does seem that it would be good customer service just to let people check in early if a room is available. On that point, the hotel seemed empty. Just a day before I had received an email message (legit?) about a class action suit against Sonesta for hidden fees.
