Stayed while attending Patriots football game. Very clean room, comfortable bed! Very close to amenities . There was some confusion about what was included in breakfast. It was also not detailed on the information during reservation and staff seemed confused as well.

It was okay in a pinch.

The lobby of the hotel was lovely. Our room, while fairly spacious, did not seem clean. Hairs and dust all over the room, along with plush carpet in the bed area, left us feeling like we should wear our shoes consistently.

I’ve stayed here frequently in the past year. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve complimented the girls a few times. Customer service seems to have disappeared these days but they are the exception. The rooms are usually very clean and stocked well. Now the last time I stayed, the sheets that were used for the sofa bed from the previous guest were balled up between the sofa and wall. I didn’t complain I wasn’t using the sofa bed no big deal things happen. But last night, there was a half roll of toilet paper from the prior guests and one full one the tissue box had one tissue in it. There were crumbs under the sofa. The balcony door was left unlocked. The bath tub faucet is a disaster. Last but not least there was a faint smell of wet dog in the living room area. I hope these things get addressed I do love staying here and the front desk staff again I will repeat are great with the exception of one they deserve the praise and respect I have for them. Thank you.

It’s….okay.

Hotel and room were clean overall. We were able to check in early. The bed was uncomfortable and hot. Pillows were very plush, could be better. Air conditioning in the room was not keeping the room cool. Would turn on then turn off a few minutes later. Paid for the breakfast plan, but nothing was set out for breakfast, don’t waist your money on that.

Customer service was excellent. Bathroom floor was not clean but didn't have time to complain, stayed one night for a wedding.

The best place to stay!

Went in to check in late! Upon my return, car would not start. Called AAA but the technician came at 2:00 am?? The guy at the front desk said to just go to bed and leave the car key with him and he would take care of it! Can't believe how nice everyone was!

Comfortable room!

We stayed for 1 night to see a show at the xfinity center. Our room was clean, comfortable and we liked the lay out. Staff helped us w/an internet problem and transportation to and from the show. A restaurant or continental breakfast would be helpful.

The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The quiet was nice too. Overall it was great. No pool during our stay. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants nearby.
