Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. The pool was small but nice for a swim. Location close to several parks, preserves and hikes. Furniture a bit marked but room was clean and spacious.

AC not working and room was excessively warm. They gave me a broken fan and told me that was all they could do, that I could open the door or a window. At checkout I complained about it and they didn’t care. I should be reimbursed for what I paid. Will never stay in a Best Western again in my life.
