O hotel possui uma excelente localização, próximo à beira mar, com fácil acesso a padarias, restaurantes, pizzarias e farmácias nas proximidades, o que torna a estadia ainda mais prática e agradável. Nosso quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, proporcionando bastante conforto, a iluminação natural deixava o ambiente ainda mais agradável ao longo do dia, além da sacada que oferecia uma vista muito bonita. Os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos e simpáticos durante toda a nossa permanência, sempre dispostos a ajudar. As camareiras também merecem destaque, pois mantinham os quartos muito bem organizados e limpos diariamente. O café da manhã era maravilhoso, com muitas opções, atendendo bem a diferentes gostos. O único ponto negativo foi que no banheiro do nosso quarto havia um vazamento de água em baixo da pia, isso acabava acumulando bastante água e dava a sensação de banheiro sujo. Apesar dessse detalhe, a experiência foi positiva, e eu voltaria outras vezes.

Infelizmente, não foi uma boa experiência. O maior problema foi o barulho, os funcionários começaram a conversar e rir na porta do quarto as 6:30 da manhã, super inconvenientes. Eles não disponibilizam toalhas para piscina e 12:03, bateram na porta do quarto dizendo que era hora do checkout, eu estava fechando a mala, super constrangedor… Enfim, ainda bem que foi apenas uma diária. Não recomendo!
