The staff seem competent and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly dated and worn. The room is spacious, the tear of time was quite obvious. We found the room to be a bit noisy from the traffic on the main road next to the hotel. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, as we left before breakfast time.

It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Hotel que já foi um dos mais badalados da cidade, segue em melhoria após um período ruim. Recepção e funcionários cordiais e solícitos. Quarto e banheiro amplos, mas com mobília bem antiga e gasta. Camas com colchões bem "moles". Amenidades do banheiro muito simples. Café da manhã regular. Destaque para equipe do restaurante Le Marine, principalmente pela presença do "Seninha", funcionário icônico e maravilhoso do local. Como morador de Fortaleza, continuamos torcendo que o hotel siga no caminho de melhoria.

O quarto é espaçoso e a equipe de funcionários é atenciosa e simpática, puxam assunto, são boas-vindas, adorei o restaurante e o Seninha. minha preocupação, porém, é com o estado de conservação do edifício, como ele é muito grande precisa de muitos funcionários pra manter limpo, você nota que vários andares já estão desocupados, por exemplo no hall de entrada uma cafeteria que existia lá já está desocupada. Imagino que esse hotel devia ser um diamante na época do seu esplendor, mas não é mais assim.

Como não conhecia Fortaleza, pensei ser de frente p praia e na verdade não tem praia. De frente p o mar é uma marina não me atentei à isso. Colchões bem antigos passaram do ponto de troca. Paguei 850 na diária dia de semana!!! Não acho q vale

Ainda acho os móveis meio antigos, houve um vazamento no chuveirinho do banheiro do nada, que amanhaceu o banheiro alagado.. Mas no geral, boa a estadia. Café da manha completo. So um dia que ñ consegui nem achar mesa, tava lotado demais devido aos hospedes que estavam la de 17 a 19 de abril pro show de Guns que foi dia 18. Tive aue sair pra comer fora. Mas fora isso, muito bom
