Hotel nao aceitou a reseva do hoteis.com

Bom dia! Reservei a hospedagem para minha famíli (aproximadamente 9 pessoas) e quando eles chegaram lá (idosos e criança, inclusive), o concierge informou que a nossa reserva nao valia de nada. Que eles nao tinham convênio com o hoteis.com, que desconheciam aquela reserva e que nao haveria vagas no hotel p acomodar minha família. Daí, nao houve checkin somente após uma longa e cansativa procura, conseguimos um abrigo; quase meia noite, em uma véspera de feriado, frise-se.
