The property is well locate for meetings at Meeting center . Reception is good , staff is good , but room smells bad. All my clothes , after three days , are smelling as bad as room. It is sad because breakfast is good too. I like everything but smell

Nice, but tiny!

Overall the hotel is clean and the service is good. Good selection of food at breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms however, are so tiny. I think the room is around 300sq feet. Once you get a bed, nightstand, desk, wardrobe I. There, there wasn’t even space for our suitcase. And with two of us in the room it was very tight. The bathroom as well was very very tight. Once you were in there with the door closed you couldn’t really move. If you are claustrophobic, this hotel is not for you.

Ficamos oito dias no hotel. Viemos para um congresso, porém, chegamos antes. Fomos recepcionados com muita atenção. No café o atendimento incrível!! Café excelente! A responsável pelo café Cailim atenta e sorridente, a Elma nos servindo de uma forma agradável, carinhosa e atenta. Sem contar o cuidado com todos. Box do Banheiro absurdamente pequeno, tinha que tomar banho com box aberto pois não tem area para movimentar. Água do chuveiro com cheiro de esgoto. Água não aquecia bem. Café da manhã bem fraco, não tinha suco de laranja e poucas opções de salgados. Colchão e travesseiro bem duros e desconfortaveis. Cobertor de pessima qualidade, não era macio e esquentava pouco. Muito decepcionante. Não retornaria nem indicaria para ninguém. Não vale o valor de estadia cobrado.

Acomodação que atende às necessidades

A estadia foi boa, nada excepcional. A equipe toda foi muito simpática. A localização é boa, fica há 10 minutos a pé do Shopping Iguatemi. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Toda roupa de cama estava limpa e sem odores. O quarto tinha um leve cheiro de mofo e o banheiro às vezes voltava um pouco de cheiro de esgoto. Mas não foi algo tão grave que me incomodasse a ponto de pedir para trocar de acomodação, até porque fiquei pouco tempo no quarto. Tem uma cadeira e escrivaninha, para quem precisa trabalhar. Dá para ouvir bastante os barulhos do corredor, talvez por eu ter ficado em um dos quartos do centro do prédio. O café da manhã é básico mas gostoso.
