This property is closely situated 3 minutes from the world famous STOCKYARDS of FORT WORTH TEXAS! Lots of great restaurants and it is close to lots of things such as downtown fort worth , and the 2 major highways which are hwy 35 and hwy 820 as well as the airplane museum right down the st. The smaller airport at Meacham is approx 5 mins away as well. Now with the property being so close to such a lively and rapidly growing and up n' coming area the neighborhood is a bit more of a festive and active neighborhood mainly on the weekends. Please take this in account when reserving property and if you are in the market for a bit more of a quieter property i do have others listed that I would be delighted to host you in. When arrive at the property you will see both homes and if you happen to arrive at sundown you will be welcomed by the light decor which makes it a good and bright space for a possible picture moment. The main home host a king bed with a large 65 inch tv closet area and sleeps 2 , the 2nd room is a bit bigger and it holds 1 queen bed along with a twin bed and its own restroom, a full restroom divides these 2 rooms with a tub/shower combo. The final sleeping area has its own wall mounted 32 inch tv along with a twin bed . lastly on bed arrangement there is 2 twin roll away beds you can place anywhere since there is plenty of space left in living areas. The livingroom room has plenty of sitting with 1 sectional and 1 large sofa as well as a huge 75 inch tv , all tvs have fire sticks or are fire tvs. There is a full kitchen which has pots , pans, glassware, mugs, utensils , coffee maker, pod coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and stove. The smaller house has 2 full queen beds as well as 1 twin roll away bed. There is a brunch table 4 chairs, also a full mini kitchen equipped with utensils , mini fridge with freezer, microwave, plates, bowls, glassware, etc.. Shower is a stand up shower with toilet . Finally its worth mentioning that nearly 95% of furnishings are new as of sept 2021 as well as the property got a bit of a remodel in august, all bedding towels , coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet trees, complimentary wine bottles, paper towels, hand soap , lotions, bodywash, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, free parking since stockyards do charge for parking in some areas, fenced in back yard and a side fenced in yard for small home, laundry soap , dryer sheets , and cleaning are all included with your stay making this an obvious choice when compared to hotels down the st. "Cancelled" Last Minute

Not sure exactly what they are up to but felt like a scam. I booked the place 9 months ago and they cancelled on me 2 days before check in on a high demand weekend. Told me the city shut them down and asked me to cancel the reservation myself. Weird stuff. Many hours wasted with VRBO service reps (mostly on hold...). Left 10 people hanging last minute.. We will see if I even get my money back for the expensive last minute replacement booking.

Terrible job on VRBO’s part in the management company that runs this rental

Nothing but a disaster septic tank to small no amenities whatsoever. Not even a broom left with one roll of toilet paper. One roll of paper towels, three garbage bags couple of pots for dishwasher that is it. Terrible location when I originally set up something in Fort Worth this was a secondary home VRBO set up for us, nowhere near what we asked for no water in the lake dry channel so the picture is deceiving backyard was just weeds Sak tank fills up every couple of days then Noel pump started going out and had to be reset numerous times I spoke with Vrbo. They basically said it’s not their problem. They are listing agent. This is on the owner be very cautious about dealing with VRBO in the future.

Friendly Get Together

Location sums it up for this place. Proximity to all the places a tourist would want to go, makes this place ideal. Plenty of room for all of our guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

2 Kindbeds are good for 4 adults and 2 queenbeds are good for childen or 1 adult each, we were 9 adults. So the number of people to stay of 13 is not accurate. 2 of us had to sleep on couch.

Comfortable House

The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Located a short distance from the Stockyards and also from the Will Rogers Arena. We enjoyed our stay and a very good value for the price.
