I stay at this hotel 4-5 times a year. It’s going downhill. One employee on site in evening. Needed assistance last night and no one at desk for 10 minutes until we left. Called and got voicemail to front desk with no return call. Just a lack of service

Noisy and parking not convenient

Dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom. Sheets weee very thin. Trashcans too small. Breakfast offering was not tasty at all. Lots of sugar. Parking had way too many handicap spots which only one was used in 3 days I was there. Girls sports team made a serious amount of noise in the lobby and later in rooms.

Happy at Hampton

I have always found this hotel to be above average in every area. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. This is my goto hotel when in Keller. If travelling alone, I have always felt safe which is important as I am a senior woman.
