Front desk did not have reservation because of hotels.com mistake. I had to pay for an extra night which cost a lot more. I was not refunded the full amount of my original purchase. Online help was difficult to get help.

Loved the quiet location and very clean building overall. Breakfast & coffee was hot and delicious! Only complaint i had was no exhaust vent in the restroom which can make a stinky restroom.

Is it as clean as it looks?

The front desk clerk wasn’t very “receptive.” She never looked up from the computer and interrupted me when I was giving her my info. Maybe she was having a tough evening, but it just wasn’t the welcome I’m used to from Hampton Inn staff. And, While the room appeared clean and comfortable, there was a slight “BO” odor that had me wishing for a non-eco friendly cleaner to eradicate the smell. Breakfast was good and dining area was very clean. I’d stay again, but I’ll bring Febreeze!
