This home was so comfy! We came out of town for a family funeral and it was a great stay. We had everything we needed prior to arriving so we were able to enter as soon as we got there and rest. The beds were the comfiest, everything was so organized and clean. Definitely recommend!

One of the best we have stayed at. Very new and clean Communication with the owner were excellent. He is extremely responsive to our questions. Attention to detail and guest comfort were apparent. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

Perfect for a girls' trip. We came in from California for a baby shower, and it was easy to find everything we needed for coffee and cooking. The house was easy to locate. At the front of the neighborhood. There were stores nearby, nothing fancy or major. about 30 mins from DFW. The only complaints were super minor... We ran out of toilet paper (lots of women), no face towels (bring your own), no soap in the bathroom, and no shampoo or conditioner. Nicely decorated. Overall, a nice place.

Josh was super communicative and made my experience of a first time stay great. The house was gorgeous, super clean, presented well, and a great experience. Unfortunately, the internet was out during my stay and that was pretty rough but we managed and Josh stated it was a shared Internet. Pretty sad. Regardless of that, the only negative thing is the area. The neighborhood isn’t the best and it’s in a weird area but no one bothered us and it was still a good stay. Overall, a great stay and communication from the host and would stay again.

Property is in a good location. Unit could use a good thorough cleaning due to pet hair all over. We wanted to launder bed linens due to the pet hair and stains. However, after running the sheets through the washing machine, we discovered that the dryer was not functioning properly and would not fully dry the linens. This was a complaint from a previous review that has not been addressed. We searched for replacement sheets in the closets, but many were either twin-sized or had a sour odor, suggesting they may not have been completely dried before being stored. Fortunately, we were able to find two sets of brand-new sheets and used those to make the beds.We also observed noticeable stains and marks on several walls, headboards, and a sofa in one of the upstairs' bedroom. Given that this appears to be a relatively new property, we found these issues disappointing and below the standard we expected.During the stay, we encountered roaches and spiders in the home. Maybe attributed to the overgrown back yard space. Host did not respond well to a picture of the bugs by denying that it was in this particular unit.

Beds were comfortable. It was clean and easy to get to. Air conditioner was fabulous and the master was great! Had an issue with the microwave and dryer but the owner was quick to respond and I have no doubt that it will be fixed for the next guests. We enjoyed our stay!!
