still same old problems. bathroom floor rise on entering so stub toes upon entering… who puts a microwave UNDER the pipes under the sink.. TV /remote still 💩. Maint tried to reprogram -nope! no volume control had to unplug tv to turn it off.. only redeeming value was employee at check in

The general manager, Handan, was available to answer all questions I had. The property is undergoing renovations but it did not interfere with the trip. Out trip got extended unexpectantly and we were able to stay in the same room. The location was great.

MY BEDRROM WAS SMELLING LIKE MARIJUANA. I INFORMED THE STAFF AND I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM TWO TIMES AND I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK ALL NIGHT. I STAYED THERE FOR TWO NIGHT AND I DID NOT RECEIVE CLEAN TOWELS.

The biggest downer was that the floor was a tad dirty, like it hadn't been wet-mopped in too long. And the window looked dirty, apparently with dirt in between the multiple panes. Otherwise, excellent!
