DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Discover a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo on the quiet shores of Okaloosa Island. Located on the second floor of the Islander Beach Resort, Unit 2003 offers direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from a private balcony. This rental provides a peaceful alternative to the busy crowds of nearby Destin, while still keeping you a short drive from local attractions.

The interior is designed for comfort and easily accommodates up to eight guests. The layout features a master suite with a king bed and balcony access, a second guest room with a king bed, and a third room with a queen bed. A queen air mattress is also provided for extra flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes, while the living area includes cable TV and high-speed WiFi. For your convenience, the unit also features a private washer and dryer.

Guests enjoy full resort access, including the poolscape and direct entry to the beach. To make your stay even easier, complimentary beach service with chairs and an umbrella is included. This is a non-smoking and pet-free property, professionally managed by a local team to ensure your stay is clean and functional. From reservation to departure, we are available same-day to assist with anything you need.

RESORT & AREA
Islander Beach Resort is located on the shores of Okaloosa Island. Each condo rental features a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking and dining ware you will need. A living room that adjoins the balcony provides views from within the condo, and flat-screen TVs are standard in every Sunset Resort Rentals unit. You can relax in the beds and private bathrooms, and each condo has a private washer and dryer inside for your convenience.

The property includes an 80-foot beachfront pool that is heated seasonally. Guests also have access to a fitness room, shuffleboard courts, and BBQ areas with picnic tables for outdoor meals.

There are several activities located nearby. Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park features dolphin and sea lion shows, and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is a location for fishing or walking. The Boardwalk serves as a hub for shopping and beachfront dining. Additional activities like deep sea fishing, jet ski rentals, and parasailing are available within minutes of the resort.

Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation.

Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options within a short distance - Stewby's Seafood Shanty is known for fresh seafood and their catch of the day, while Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters and steaks. The Shack is a waterfront spot for crabs and seafood plates, and Vincenzo's Italian Bistro features Italian cuisine and a bar area. Within walking distance, Beachview Breakfast and Grill and Asiago's Skillet are available for morning meals.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: The large ocean-side gated pool at this resort is open year-round. The pool is heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
