Heron 406 at Destin West provides a panoramic view of the bayou and lazy river. There's plenty of privacy in the three bedroom, two bathroom condo. Just steps away from our 700-foot lazy river, this vacation rental will make your Florida dream vacation complete.

Destin West Heron 406 includes a large dining room, full kitchen with in-unit washer and dryer, a private balcony, two guestrooms, and a master en suite. The master en suite includes a king-size bed, double vanity, garden tub, large walk-in shower, and unbelievable views with private balcony access. The guest rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and set of bunk beds respectively. Each room has its own entertainment center and storage.

This condo offers unique views of the Choctawhatchee Bay.. Additional amenities include free WiFi and convenient access to our lazy river and many pools.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The place is absolutely perfect for families with kids. They have the option of the beach and a great pool/lazy rivers. The condo we stayed was perfect! Very accommodating! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The location and view was perfect, we enjoyed the pool during rain and shine. The only things to make it better would a a tiki bar with drinks and sandwiches by the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: the view, the master bed was very comfortable, it was an easy walk to the lazy river. The bad: we arrived at 9:30pm because our flight was delayed. There was no toilet paper, only 2 towels for 6 people, no washcloths, hand towels, etc. I text the # which they were closed, they did not bring these things to us until the following afternoon. There was a roach on top of the coffee pot. The master bedroom was hot all of the time, I had to order a fan. The tvs are small and outdated. The trash chute across from the unit was full everyday & trash was piled up. If you want to have a front row beach chair, you have to get in line by 7:30am. They open the beach rental office at 9am but the line gets long. We really liked the property and the beach area. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again though.
