Graduation Gift

This property and experience was fantastic! It was what my daughter wanted for graduation and Okaloosa Island and this condo did not disappoint. Very clean and well equipped. Only negative was that there are no recliners in living room (but my husband is a little spoiled). Furniture was comfortable and large balcony was extra nice! I loved the outdoor furniture! We will be back next summer for sure!

Girls Beach Trip

3 best friends have been going on a girls beach trip for 23 years now. This was the 3rd year at this condo and we love it. We hope to continue our long weekend getaways at this location for years to come. Peaceful, very clean, and spacious!

Another great stay!

This resort has certainly become a favorite place to stay for me and family. The condo was clean roomy and ideally located for our after Christmas get away. The kitchen was up to date with all the appliances I needed and every room had smart tvs. This is our second stay at the exact same resort in the exact same condo. We have decided it will be a yearly thing for us. As full time caregivers to my parents who both have dementia, me my husband and our daughter were looking forward to rest and relaxation. Our stay at the resort with the gulf view was exactly what we needed. We’ll be back!

Wasn’t what we expected

Great stay. Weather was perfect. It’s hard to choose from pics online. Not as expected. Spacious for us and some visitors. First impression walking in was the musty smell! Easy fixes for presentation! The fan in the large bathroom was broke, the sliding door to the patio was broke. The management staff was VERY RESPONSIVE- fixed in less than 24 hrs. Clean and maybe more comfortable couches. Beds were very comfy. I guess just needs some updating and TLC so the next renters are happier. We will be back , but maybe a different unit.

Islander dream

I fully enjoyed my stay at this resort. I loved the easy contact check-in/ check-out process. The condo beautiful & clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The modern upgrades with the smart tv & echo dot gave us the feeling of being in our own home. There was easy access to the beach. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Location is great

It was easy to find and get into, beach was close easy to get to. The condo itself could use an upgrade in the bedrooms mattresses were awful pillows flat and hard. Complex needs to fix its elevator. Positive side they did supple us with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels We were sad they didn’t have the pool heated and that water was ice cold.

Was a nice place. Easy to get on beach. Having access to chairs and umbrellas onsite was nice. Also went on Dolphin cruise which was great. Would not have thought of that without it being listed as perk of staying there.

Needs a hot tub by the pool! The living room needs new carpet or new flooring. The living/ dining room needs new blinds. But we enjoyed our stay.

I really liked the place but the bathroom sink kept getting stopped up . Water would not drain out. I was told it was going to be fixed but it was not. Couldn’t brush teeth or use it. We had to go to master bathroom to brush our teeth etc.

Perfect family vacation spot!!

Location right on the white sand beach. Beach was clean with chairs and umbrella setup each day for each unit. We took morning & evening walks on the beach. Good size pool on the property between the beach and condo. Area was clean and quiet with a few restaurants a few miles down the road. Condo was perfect :)

Everything was fabulous. If I was to have one complaint it would be in the 2nd bathroom. The shower knob has issues (mold) and no baking sheet in kitchen. No impact on stay since our week was fantastic
