Across the yard is the huge pool with lounge chairs, plus the BBQ areas with tables overlooking the Gulf are close by.
This extra spacious 1-bedroom is updated, modern and has unique amenities throughout.
You'll enjoy new appliances in the full kitchen, the built-in dining bar seats 6 and is open to the comfortable, huge living room. Lovely new furnishings in the bedroom & upgraded bathroom makes this Beach House a perfect spot any time of year!

To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Beautiful condo
I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful renovations of our condo! Loved the beach feel inside and all the decor. It was a great view of the ocean and the pool. Great location within the resort. Would most definitely choose this condo again!! Only downfall was a little warm at night with inability to turn AC down. Overall 5tars!!
