El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. This property was very clean and a great location! The beach was not over crowded and plenty of surrounding food options and grocery stores. The management was very helpful and responded to messages quickly and efficiently. We had some confusion with our check in process but the security at the gate was very helpful. The management team also called to reassure that we were taken care of which I thought was very professional and curtesy. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

Relaxing getaway
This condo was perfect for my family of four. The property was clean and relaxing. I definitely enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming here again!

Beautiful views
Beautiful views from the balcony and long stretch of beach to enjoy. Condo is clean and comfortable actually larger than I thought it would be. Been coming to fort Walton / Destin area for 20 years. My favorite place to stay by far because of the well maintained grounds and being able to stay away from the crowds.
