Great view of the bay and the location and amenities were perfect for 4 teenagers. They loved the lazy river and hot tubs and the boys fished off the bay pier.The condo was a great size for our group of 6 and was incredibly clean!

We had a great time, everything was as described in the listing, my only issue was with the actual resort staffing. The "quiet time" was far from quiet, we called multiple times and got no answer. I'm not one to complain but there was a full on party going in the lazy river well after midnight with loud music and lots of yelling. I'm glad they had fun but "quiet time" didnt exist for us.

Loved the condo, did not care for the overall facility

We came as a family of 6. Kids ages are 13, 11, 11, and 5. The condo was lovely, clean, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen could use new nonstick pans to cook in. The walk to the beach was way more involved than I expected. You have to take 3 separate elevators to get there and is probably a 12 min walk. The pool was a let down. The lazy river is extra lazy, with the water barely moving. We came early to mid May and the water temperature in the pools was very cold with the exception of one side pool that seemed to be heated. The pools overall were not well cleaned. There was a lot of debris in the pools everyday. It was disappointing because we could have picked a beachfront condo but I thought all of these amenities seemed nice. Also, the music at the pool starts blaring loudly at 9:00 am until 10:00. It was annoying when we wanted to enjoy a peaceful morning or evening on the patio. Next time we will pick a beachfront condo with a simple pool.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The half bath light did not work and I let them know it was fixed within the next few hours. The beach toys were great and wagon was amazing. Only downfall is not having any beach towels to use. Very homie would love to come back!

Relaxing week

Beautiful resort. Location was perfect. Weather perfect! Condo was very nice, plenty of room, and great view! We had requested handicap so were expecting hand rails in shower, but there weren't any. Had to purchase shower mat to stand on because the tile in shower was very slippery. Other than that our week was perfect! We hope to come back again.

Wonderful Stay

The ease of renting, arriving and leaving was the best I’ve ever experienced. The location was great, beautiful views, easy walk to beach. Location was convenient to everything. Nice restaurant right next door. A little hard to get out of the complex due to the traffic, almost need a traffic light. Loved our stay.

An amazing week

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The half bath was cramped. The presentation of the condo was pristine. The kitchen had everything we needed, except a highchair, to include everything to setup a very nice dinner on a large table. The hot water lasted an amazingly long time for showers. The floors could use a bit of scrubbing as the soles of my infant daughters feet turned black the more she walked/crawled around. The master bedroom was unable to achieve much darkness during the day do to broken curtains so we used the bathroom for our childs' naps. One of the living room chairs had a spring poking out of the back. A pack and play was available. The showers could use mats or a non slip textured paint for safety as well as better shower heads that detach. The pools were kept clean and everyone around was very pleasant and friendly. Basic supplies were present such as dishwasher and washer detergent packets, toilet paper, trash bags, bars of soap, hand soap, coffee, some spices, cleaning tools like mop, broom, vacuum, and extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. Toys and beach gear was also present. The TV's had streaming services pre-signed in. The peer was great for fishing we caught catfish, bass, eel, brim, and a stingray. The location is great as its maybe a five minute walk to the beach and even less to a very nice restaurant. The kiddy pool is on the beach side of the resort/condominium. Wifi worked well with occasional spottiness.

Great view of Bayside and Lazy River Easy access to Heron 505 to elevator and parking. Quick walk down to lazy river. Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms are great sizes and kitchen area is spacious. In great location to boardwalk and beach access thru the bridge. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

Amenities and location was great for the family. Floors were dirty though. Everyone had black feet. Refrigerator light was out and a couple of the shelves were broken. Porch furniture very uncomfortable and beat up. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen well stocked but just too much in cupboards and drawers. Could use a little more organization. Loved the Keurig for morning coffee. Really could use a chest of drawers or something to put clothes in in the master bedroom. Loved the blinds in the back bedrooms. Kept those room really comfortable and dark in the morning. Can't say the same for the master bedroom. Much too bright in the morning. A couple of the blind slacks were broken. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning. All in all we would come back and stay again but I feel for what we paid the things I mentioned in my post would be in better condition.
