Cute, older unit on the second floor of an older house, called The Porch. Nice and Clean! No dishwasher so everything in kitchen is not sanitized, but there is a printed notice stating such posted on the wall as you enter the unit.Full size refrigerator/freezer was awesome. Some kitchen items were provided. There was no keurig, but a very small coffee pot that I did not use. Walkin shower was great and plenty of hot water, towels, TP, soap and the like.It was a lovely little place which worked well for 2 nights for me. No real views out the windows except looking into other nearby units. Quiet location except THE TRAIN is only blocks away so was very difficult sleeping. Passed by and Blew horn alot on Friday night, not as much on Saturday.There was a parking space just outside the door otherwise limited street parking and a lot down the street. The front porch was cute and am guessing I could have sat there to enjoy the outdoors a bit. Not really sure. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance although I did not have an opportunity to explore.I'm grateful for my stay there. Ft Pierce is more of an older Florida town with limited options for accommodations.

Fort Pierce Charm

This apartment down by the river and within walking distance to restaurants was perfect for my visit. It was clean and comfortable and the property manager was very helpful.
