First stay at Edison beach house having stayed numerous times at FMB. Lift out of order and on the 5th floor but the balcony view over the beach and sunsets were awesome. Carpet tired in places and air con very noisy otherwise only complaint was the smoking from other guests throughout out stay.

The housekeeper staff were really good. The elevator was out of order per more than 3 months and the hotel did not advertise us. Limited of parking wich is not fear after the a lot of money we paid. We have been coming more than 5 times but this time was the worse Experience. It was really sad to see the housekeeping staff carrying the stuff by stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, located directly on the beach. The hotel offers beach chairs, umbrella, etc for guest to use. This was a huge plus for us. The rooms are fully equipped in the kitchen to eat in and also had a washer/dryer. Wow! I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. We def will go back.

Excellent property in front of the beach, spacious and clean apartments. The views are spectacular. The only downside is that the elevator is not working.

Well our room had a shower that leaked into the closet. They came to dry the floor. Never fixed what was happening. Each day we had water leaking.

We enjoyed out stay. The carpet in the closet was wet when we arrived, it stayed wet until we left. Not a huge deal except when you momentarily forgot and stepped in it while barefoot. The beach was great. It was very close to downtown, which was nice. Employees were very nice and friendly. I know things break and we were only on the second floor so the non-functioning elevator wasn't a deal breaker. Just glad we weren't on a higher floor. Overall, we would stay here again.

I absolutely loved everything about this property! It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer in the room….which is essential when it’s brutally hot outside and you go through every outfit you brought. The staff were great and so friendly. The elevator wasn’t working but I didn’t let it ruin my vacation. I will definitely stay again when back in the area
