Location is number 1. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer in unit, two lazy boy chairs in mini living room, and a balcony. There is a pool with lounge chairs in a breezeway I call it, not as hot as the beach. A Beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella’s, floaters and sand toys for sitting on the waters edge. Cool sand, no need for sandals! Helpful staff and free parking when other beach parking is $10-$20. We had a wonderful time!

Great location and great view. The hotel sift cleans the beach every morning in front of their hotel which makes it very nice. Had a balcony view in a non-commerical style hotel. Comfy room which had 2 glider/recliners we loved sitting in the while watching the beach. The staff was amazing. Has a little pool too and they have beach chairs, beach toys and floats you can borrow each day free of charge. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

We will definitely be staying again! Very welcoming, clean and so convenient! It is smaller hotel so not a lot of guest which is nice! One small thing I wish is that the pool hours was posted so we would have known and not got the kids ready twice for the pool for it to be closed.

Four night stay in room 202 was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable, immaculately clean, very well equipped, and the view was lovely. We were very impressed by the maintenance gentleman who takes beautiful care of the property. The pool is fantastic. I have been struggling with where to stay since the hurricane, but I found a new place to hang my swimsuit.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the elevator was down the duration of our trip and we were on the 4th floor, but we were prepared as they called us before our trip to make sure we would be ok to still be in our room. Would definitely go back to The Edison Beach House!

I had a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an ocean view. Staff was very nice! Location was perfect! There is a beach closet where you can borrow needed beach items for the day. Loved that! I used beach chairs and floaty. They notified me ahead of time that the elevator would be out of order. Great communication!
