Pink Shell was amazing. The room was awesome. The beach and pool were great. The food was wonderful. All in all this resort was perfect for our anniversary and we will definitely be back.

We were very happy with our stay at Pink Shell. Top quality service and care. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was top notch. The weather could have been better but that was not in their control. Looking forward to a return.

The bed was miserable. Every time my husband got up it creaked and popped a number of times. It’s been almost a week and my neck is still sore. We’ve stayed at less expensive places for overnight stays and the beds were amazing. Just thought this being a resort, the bed would have been at the very least comfortable.the grounds and the pool were amazing and the buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Over all the hotel was great. Very clean and friendly. Food was very good but not too many options. And the beach is stunning. Our biggest complaint was the area/location of the hotel, keep in mind we did not have a car with us, but we found that there really wasn’t much to around. We did take the long walk to the main strip a few times during our stay, but honestly even when you get up there, not too many restaurant or stores. We were kind of forced to eat at the hotel restaurant multiple nights. Not a huge deal but wasn’t really what I expected. Only things with the actual hotel we didn’t love were, the lock the gates of the pool and beach area in the mornings until 8 so the only way down is via the stairs, which was only an issue for me because we have a baby who wakes up early, would have been nice to push him around in the stroller during the earlier mornings. There was a very nice employee who helped me carrier the stroller down the stairs one morning. Also the front row of lounge chairs at the pool needed to be paid for, which normally would t bother me at all. But they were completely empty the entire trip, just seemed silly to have the entire row unused like that. Maybe during more crowded times of year it’s different. The rooms are great - very spacious and clean. Sorry for long review but thought it might be helpful if you are traveling without a car and with a young baby.
