The convenience of using a band for everything from opening the room door to paying for food was wonderful. Our room was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue i had was a light in the vent(strange)and the clock were very bright.

Great room, great staff and service, great location. Only one of two elevators were operating and it was beyond incredibly slow. 3rd floor common area lighting, elevator area extremely dark, like haunted house dark at all times of the day.

Lovely resort with nice child friendly areas as well as adults only pool. Well maintained resort, friendly personnel comfortable room. Beautiful views. Ocean views from room balcony and bayside views from observation area on each floor in the Sannibel bldg. parasailing and jet skis available from resort beach area. Convenient. Valet or park your own. Towels and lounge chairs available also chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. Friendly helpful personnel. Easy stroll to restaurants on sidewalk (about 1 mile) food at resort also good. Only tried Bongos.

The daily towel service and light housekeeping was appreciated. Having beach chairs and available without extra fees was nice. The daily breakfast was amazing and parking was plentiful. All of the staff and employees were very kind and friendly. I wish instead of charging a daily resort fee they just added it in to the cost to begin with.

Absolutely one of the best hotels

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The two amenities we liked best was the breakfast and the adult pool area. You will not find a better breakfast included in the price anywhere.

We just spent 5 days at this wonderful resort, we definitely will be back. The staff did a fantastic job, so many fun activities for the kids, great food and drinks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful views, very clean.
