Offering a King Bed in the oversize Bedroom, On-suite full bath, Queen Leather Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, outdoor entertainment area, large screened lanai and best of all you are less than a 3 minute walk across the street to one of the nicest white sand beach areas on FMB beach. This residence is on the first floor of a home and senior and handicapped friendly. It includes a Large screened lanai (24' X 7'), outdoor deck and carport with an outdoor eating/entertainment area. Located North Mid-Island it is convenient (walking and bike distance) to restaurants, grocery store, our beautiful new Library and Bay Oaks Recreational Center (pool available) and only one mile from Town Center. There is a Natural Preserve just steps away which includes walking trails, fishing peer and beautiful Bay views.
