Summary:

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom heated pool home located in the Time Square Area. Short walk to the Beach.



The Space:

280 Ostego Drive - This 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom pool home is just a short walk to Times Square and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy your pool during the hot Florida days then take a sunset walk on the white sand beach on your way to dinner. Plus, you can bring your pup!



When entering the main level of the home you are first welcomed by the deck seating, then into the spacious great room. The living area and open floor plan allows for great family gatherings. There is a well-equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a spacious Florida sun room attached to the living room, a great spot for morning coffee.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 is separated, located on the ground level and has a queen bed. Also downstairs is an additional fridge and bathroom, great for pool days!



This property allows for an overall maximum of 6 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.



You can walk to all the Fort Myers Beach attractions in no time. Other amenities included are free wi-fi, washer/dryer, firestick TV, beach items, grill and a dog beach located just a few miles away. We hope you come visit and explore soon!



This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and 2 of our children came down for a long weekend. The house was clean and was a good setup for us and our adult children. We used the pool everyday. The location was great we walked to the beach and restaurants daily.

Family friendly at Fort Myers Beach

Our family really loved this home on Estero Island. It was very comfortable, clean and family oriented! It’s not super posh so you can relax, even if you have kids. (Needs an ice cream scoop!) The pool was great and it was walking distance to Times Square where you can find many great restaurants and touristy shops.

Thanksgiving Visit

Visiting our son who lives and works in Ft Myers. Just the three of us stayed overnight but we hosted thanksgiving dinner for him and several of his friends. Plenty of room and well equipped. Very nice. There is some storm damage and construction in the area but this home is in excellent shape. Great stay!

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen – Fort Myers Beach ist in etwa 5–10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Restaurants und Geschäfte von Fort Myers Beach lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Gleichzeitig liegt das Haus weit genug von der Hauptstraße entfernt, sodass es angenehm ruhig war.Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der überdachte und schattige Bereich am Pool, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Außerdem war einiges an Equipment für den Pool- und Strandbereich vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass der Poolbereich, ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer nur über die Außentreppe vom Hauptbereich im Obergeschoss erreichbar sind. Für uns war das allerdings kein größeres Problem.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
