Townhouse at Middle River. Fort Lauderdale
The property was as described, with a large garden and parking off street.Very convenient for supermarkets by car and beach a bit further. Nowhere really within walking distance Uber would be a good solution to downtown.Miami about 1 hour drive.House was immaculate, with all facilities working apart from one of the four televisions.

Slow start but overall ok
The neighborhood was a little sketchy and the property access needs updating for security purposes. The house was clean and inviting and the property manager did answer the phone and seemed concerned about our issues. I would probably not rent this property again just due to the security issues.
