The area was superb with entertainment and food within walking distance. I didn’t like walking across the street to the parking garage. There could be more lighting in the garage and a ride to and from the garage for safety

Love the location of the hotel, and the pool is very quiet with a lovely jacuzzi. The lady of front desk was very helpful and bring us a good service. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is close to the Pear good for family or friends trip. They also have a rooftop with good music and ambiance for the nights. Highly recommend stay here

Stay was nice. Just feel that the morning receptions are not willing to help or give any information. They provided wrong room type first then we have to change then we asked for room cleaning three times and at the end was never done. The breakfast could be better, there were some strange options. But it was included and the coffee was good, so there's that. Bar on the 6th floor is nice. View is nice. Convenient to the beach if that's what you're there for. Restaurants are close as well.

We booked this stay specifically for the ocean view room that was advertised and confirmed before booking — but there was absolutely no ocean view at all. You couldn’t see the water even if you cut down all the palm trees and removed nearby buildings. It felt very misleading, especially since that was the main reason we chose this property. To make things worse, the room had a broken patio door lock and damaged furniture, which maintenance had to fix right after check-in. The condition didn’t match Hilton standards at all. The only positive was the front desk associate, Diane, who tried her best to move us to a better room, and Stephanie, who later offered a partial rate adjustment. Unfortunately, management handled the situation poorly and dismissed our concerns. Overall, our stay was disappointing and not as advertised. We booked through Orbitz expecting an ocean view and a relaxing beach experience — but received neither.
