The room was very neglected. Counter tops all cut up⭐️ 1 Star
We rented this apartment in Pompano Beach for a relaxing week — specifically because it advertised a pool and great location near the beach. What we arrived to was the complete opposite. The pool was murky and clearly unusable, and by the next day it was taped off with caution tape. There was never any mention before booking that the pool would be closed. When we asked for a refund so we could move somewhere else, management refused and only offered a different property two days later that was far from the beach. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to make things right were incredibly disappointing. The apartment itself was also very tired — scratched countertops, flat pillows, and overall worn-down feel. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend. We were also without electricity, lights, fan, air conditioning or 4 hours. No staff onsite.
