Welcome to Palm Wave Stays - A Perfect Getaway!

We offer four condos in total, each with unique features, located in the same building. All units come with designated parking spots labeled with their respective unit numbers. Each parking spot can fit 2 sedans with one car parked behind the other. The condos are as follows:

Unit #1 (1/1 - First Floor) - Sleeps 2
This tastefully designed space boasts a luxurious King-sized bed with top-quality mattress and pillows. It includes an en-suite bathroom, Smart TVs, and a combined dining and living area. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet, fresh linens, mattress protector, comforters, central A/C, blackout curtains, and nightstands.
- Master Bedroom: 1 King bed.
- Living Room: Comfortable couch, work desk and chair, and a dining area for up to 4 guests.
- First Floor: Easy access to designated parking.

Unit #2 (2/2 - First Floor) - Sleeps 10
This stylish and comfortable condo offers two premium quality mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms and the living room come with Smart TVs, offering a variety of entertainment options.
- Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed
- Guest Bedroom: 2 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed
- Living Room: Spacious, there's a comfy couch that pulls out into a bed, perfect for extra guests, with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.
- First Floor: Easy access to designated parking.

Unit #3 (2/2 - Second Floor) - Sleeps 4
Step into this newly renovated space with premium mattresses and pillows, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and a coffee station for your relaxation.
- Second Floor: Accessible by stairs only.
- Living Room: Spacious, with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.
- Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed
- Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed

Unit #4 (1/1 - Second Floor) - Sleeps 5
This second-floor condo offers water views and a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a King-sized bed and a roll-out bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
- Second Floor: Accessible by stairs only.
- Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 Single Bed.
- Living Room: Spacious, there's a comfy couch that pulls out into a bed, perfect for extra guests, with a 50-inch smart TV, coffee table, work desk and chair.

All units have similarities, such as:
- Coffee Station: A perfect start to your day.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a coffee station.
- Prime Location: Minutes away from local attractions such as Broward North College and Pompano Beach.
Note: These units does not have an elevator or mailbox.

Guests who disturb the peace or cause disruptions to the neighborhood will be immediately evicted, with no refund provided.
