This fully equipped ground floor condo is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pompano Beach, and is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Need groceries? No problem! The Publix grocery store is located right next door. Inside, you'll find a tastefully decorated condo with two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two Singles (which can be put together for a queen), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and two large flat screen TVs.. Additional amenities include quality linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing board, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a quiet central AC and heating system. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the deck and grill up some dinner. You'll also have access to a reserved parking space for one car (with extra paid parking available across the street), as well as a full laundry facility on site. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable. The beach front offers Pier fishing, a beautiful sandy beach, splash pad, playground for kids and several waterfront restaurants. Great location and well appointed

The property is located just off Atlantic ave and is convenient to the beach as well as shopping. The apartment is very well appointed and clean. The host, Elaine made herself available to ensure our safe check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is conveniently located. Steps away from Publix supermarket. Several nice restaurants close by. Nice pool and grill area! Beach is about block and half! Nice getaway and reasonably priced! Elaine is very quick to respond.

This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

Owners were awesome. Everything about condo was perfect. Entire condo stocked completely. Tons of dishes, pans, coffee maker, hangers, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cart to use. Fabulous Stay

This property and location is fabulous. Walking distance to Beach, Publix, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need. The condo was extremely clean, organized and provided everything that you need as if you were at home. Host was very easy to communicate with and readily available. Our entire experience was wonderful. Therese was very responsive and helpful. The condo is exceptionally clean. Four of us, two adults and two teens, were very comfortable here. The owners have thought of everything you could need for vacation here...beach chairs., towels, umbrellas, cooler and a cart that wheels to load everything in to take to the beach. The pool is right outside the door to the condo with lounge chairs and shade. Everything is clean and well cared for. The area was quiet and close to everything. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes, deli. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It really was so comfortable here, our family loved it. We are already looking forward to booking here again. Thank you so much Therese and Barrie, everything was incredible!

Fantastic condo for short or extended stays

Great Condo!

My family and I really loved and enjoyed our staying in the condo! Very quite, well equipped, love the details (stickers) :) flyers, board games, we loved the fact that umbrellas, beach cart, chairs, and towels were provided since we have to fly.
