Booked stay 3 nights early March. We left 1 day early. Hot tub was highlight & heated great but issues w/communication, maintenance & missing amenities dampened the stay.Check-in started poorly. We arranged early arrival around 12:30pm or at least access to the outdoor area & refrigerator while cleaning finished. Arrived 1:40PM after red eye flight from California, still not received check-in info. After emailing from car w/groceries needing refrigeration, informed early access cost is 20 per hr until 4 PM check-in. We were glad no kids with Us or this would have been worse. It was not mentioned previously & after more email we were given check-in info.Spa worked great but no instructions. Must download app but multiple apps w/same name & no guidance which to use or how to operate. 1st night 3:15 AM, we could not turn off pool equipment. Just pressing “Off” in app did not do it. Figured it out but a screen shot w/notes in a welcome book would help.Living rm couch is broken (you sink to frame) & soiled. Lighting very bright w/no dimmers-no light over kitchen table, bright light over counter, no lamps in living rm. Bedding did not match listing pics no bedspreads. Towels minimal just 2 bath per bedrm, outdoor pool towels were small worn bath towels. Neighborhood tight. Needs potted palms/tropical plants for more privacy. Seating near jacuzzi is just 3 black foldup chairs. Outdoor dining table cushions mildewed, No welcome book. 4 air fresheners in living rm too many scents.
