Property is well maintained, rooms are spacious, staff is excellent! My only complaint, the balconies are wonderful with great views, but I couldn't enjoy because they were covered in spiders and spider webs.

I liked that the property is located above Noyo Harbor with its great seafood restaurants, yet a short drive to downtown Fort Bragg with its shops, galleries and a variety of dining options. The Mendocino Botanical Gardens and the charming historic village of Mendocino are also relatively close by and are well worth a visit.

Loved the Harbor Lite Hotel. Great location overlooking the Noyo River where it joins the Pacific Ocean. We loved watching the boats going in and out of the harbor and the fisherman with their daily catch. The hotel room was spotless upon our arrival and well stocked with extra blankets and pillows and personal amenities. Check in was a breeze. The counter staff were most helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We chose the double Queen with the fireplace. Ah yes, I would be amiss if I didn’t mention the foxes that entertained us nightly with their passings. Just wonderful.

We had a balcony room with a nice view of the harbor. The bed was decent. The rooms were dated but decently clean. Some things didn’t work like the electrical outlet and the floor lamp. The thermostat took awhile to work and it got really hot in the middle of the night. For a two night stay it was acceptable and we would stay there again for its proximity to the harbor and eateries.

The property is quite nice, but the carpet and linolium could use a refresh. We did have a bit of a problem with ants near the nightstand between the beds. But we could not find a trail. Four pillows for each bed is wonderful! We frequently have to ask for additional pillows. Having a Ref and Microwave in the room is always a bonus, and MUCH appreciated. Staff were really nice.

As the temperature was very humid a table fan in the room would have been great. We could not leave our sliding door open due to neighbors smoking and the extensive traffic noise. Our room this time was very close to the bridge and the traffic was heavy for this time of year. We enjoy the hotel and will return. We hope that nonsmoking will be followed by the guests on our next visit.
