2 acre country lot with a home built in 2019 featuring 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3.5 baths. This beautiful modern home has everything you need at your fingertips! It is like your own private hotel but with wildlife. You will enjoy the birds, turkey, and deer in the backyard.

The downstairs features a large open spacious living room with a “L” shaped couch, a large Nintendo Wii, XBOX 360, and tons of board games for adults and kids. No need to bring ANY toys because we got you covered from dolls, Barbie’s, Hot Wheels, and everything in-between. Off of the rec room is 3 bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed.

In the backyard it is the perfect country living to rest after a long day at EAA, the golf course or the nearby Waterpark! This two acre lot has bird feeders, a private pool, patio furniture, pool toys, bean bag toss, Blackstone griddle, and everything else you need to just sit back and put your feet up to relax! Our home is less than 1/10 of a mile from hiking and biking trails, fishing, great restaurants with views of Lake Winnebago, boat/jet ski rentals, and so much more!

Beautiful property with spacious upstairs living areas including large kitchen and reading nook. Great acoustics in that those watching a movie in the living room did not disturb those relaxing in the master bedroom. Nice set up downstairs with two bedrooms down a hallway from the main room for privacy. Rec room not as large as expected but lots of toys and games available for kids to enjoy. Only complaint was issues with the thermostat on hot, humid days. Owner offered to have someone come look at it but we didn’t want the interruption during our family time.
