What a perfect home for a family vacation! The views from the house are amazing. Everything was clean and well organized for our arrival. Host was an excellent communicator, easy to reach. We brought our family of 12 to Oceanview, 2 parents (Us) and our 2 Sons and their families! The House was Awesome! We had every appliance you could think of at the residence, every pot, plates, cups etc., provided! Great distance from pier and downtown Folly and of course, the beach was our backyard!!! We Loved it!!! We had plenty of towels and anything pretty much we needed. Our Host Kate is Great! We didn't leave a note in the guest book at the residence because it was full but if it wasn't full it would have been an Outstanding review. Thank you Kate for a Great place to stay :) :D :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back !

Perfect beach house for larger groups, love that all bedrooms have a private bath and another in common area. Porches and rooftop deck provide amazing views, and close to the town center. This was our 5th year booking this house and plan to reserve again next year. Kate is a wonderful hostess and always responsive when needed.
