Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. The place was great and perfectly located! convenient walk to the “downtown” area, right on the beach, and a quick drive into charleston. The host was super responsive. When we arrived, the elevator was out of commission. My parents are bit older, so it was really nice that she had someone out the next day to fix it!

Great condo and location

The condo is really nice and well kept. It's right next to the beach, and you have a really good view of the ocean. It's also very close to lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in the same place again.

This is a great condo right on the water with a superb view of the pier and the ocean. It's in excellent condition with tasteful furnishings and fixtures and is well-equipped to give you a home away from home experience. The owners are very responsive to questions and clearly care about making your stay the best it can possibly be. Overall, a true 5-star rental and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a beautiful week at Folly. It was wonderful to fall asleep looking at the lights on the pier and waking up to a beautiful sunrise. The condo was perfect for us. We spent many hours on the porch. The beds and furniture were very comfy. There was a problem with the thermostat when we arrived. Contacted the host and they immediately brought out a replacement. It was a great vacation.

Great location to beach and restaurants!

Unit 102 was a little dated. It could use a bit of updating, but overall a great location and configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We could walk to several restaurants, shops, grocery store, the pier, and even to church on Sunday morning. The beach access is right out the back door. We had access to chairs and other equipment in the storage closet - this could use some cleaning and reorganizing. The weather was awesome the week of Oct 19-26.

The best beachfront condo value for the money

I’ve stayed at many different properties on Folly beach and this one is by far my favorite. The condo is large and spacious, decor is pleasant, condo is clean, you have your own private balcony overlooking the ocean and the price is comparable to condos way smaller and not as new.

Great Location

The condo was great! Unfortunately we had to leave early due to tropical storm Debby. However, we fully enjoyed our stay until then. The owners are just a call away and were very helpful with our questions regarding the tropical storm. Since we live in the Midwest, we haven’t had to deal with a tropical storm so we had many questions. The beach is a very short walk. Which is beyond wonderful if you have kiddos who like to walk the beach and look for ghost crab at night! My little guy enjoyed watching the surfers in the early mornings. There are tons of stores that are walking distances. We weren’t able to see and do everything we wanted, however, we most definitely plan to be back!

Location was amazing. Watched the fireworks off the balcony on the 4th of July and walked to everything on center street. Enjoyed coffee watching the ocean. Kitchen was cute and updated from the pictures I viewed when renting. Owners were very quick responding to small issues. Would definitely rent again.
