Welcome to Sweet Carolina! This private pool paradise is nestled into the nature of the Low Country. The home features unique, desirable amenities to make your vacation experience one of luxury and full of lasting memories. Only a few minute walk will have your toes directly in the sand and feeling the ocean breeze.

The private heated pool with lounge chairs around, second floor open deck, and large wrap around screened-in porch offer different serene settings for each member of your family to find their favorite relaxation space. Ample outdoor seating allows for dining outdoors by the pool or on the open deck. Pool is fenced-in and able to be heated for a fee. Pool can only be heated to a maximum of 82 degree water temperature. Lay back on the hammocks and cozy porch furniture on the screen porch. Grill out down by the pool.

Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities to cook and serve meals for everyone. Move around seamlessly using the stainless steel appliances including 2 ovens, a large gas stove top, 2 sinks, lots of pantry and storage space. An over-size island with seating for 4 guests make the kitchen not just a place to work, but to gather.

Conversation flows effortlessly throughout the open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Dining table seats 8 plus additional counter seating. Plush furnishings in the living room along with books, games, and a flat screen TV will entertain all after a long day at the beach. Living room opens up to the deck that provides seating for 8 overlooking the natural landscape to play games, bask in the sun, dine, and sit back with a cool beverage. NEW Living room furniture. Pick your perfect bedroom between 2 primary suites, queen guest room, and kids' bunk room. First king primary bedroom suite is on the second floor with flat screen TV, bay window reading nook, double closets, and private access to the open deck. Ensuite full bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and garden tub. Second king primary bedroom suite is on the first floor with sitting area, flat screen TV, and private access to the elongated screen porch. Ensuite bathroom is composed of a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. Queen guest bedroom is attached to the jack-n-jill bathroom and has direct access screen porch. Kids' bunk bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin bunk bed and an additional full bed with access to the jack-n-jill bathroom.

Close to the beach, only 0.3 miles, a 6 minute walk away down a straight path to the public beach access. Use your VayK Gear credit after booking to receive $250 worth of beach and watersports gear. If you don't feel like walking, you can also rent bikes with your credit. Driving to the beach is a quick 0.6 miles. For a fun driving alternative around the island, golf cart rentals are available by local companies.

Folly Beach downtown area is just 0.5 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photo shots!

A short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Vehicles cannot be parked in the garage. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

This house has lots of amenities to make your vacation one of comfort and ease. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, exterior security camera, full-size washing machine & dryer, gas grill, private pool (heated for fee), and modern appliances. Fireplaces not for guest use. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Security cameras over front steps and pool equipment areas only. Home is non-smoking. Home is not pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
