Folly Beach Condo with Water Views!

Freshly renovated & located less than a mile to Folly Beach. Two bikes provide for quick access to the beach. Private balcony overlooking the marsh with sunset views and covered parking.

This home was just completely renovated with vacationers in mind! You'll be among the first to enjoy all new furnishings, modern design, new appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms. All mattresses are brand new top rated memory foam and hybrid mattresses. Gigabit WIFI and a smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and YoutubeTV.

The main area features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen features durable quartz counters, a built-in dishwasher and is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, serving ware and coffee. The living room has a large cozy sectional. The dining area overlooks the marsh and palm trees.

Down the hall you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king bed and day bed with a full bathroom and walk in closet attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom.

The private balcony overlooks the marshlands where you can watch the sunset every night. A washer and dryer is in our unit.

Covered parking for two spaces is right below our unit. Also is a locked storage unit with two bikes, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and tent.

You'll enter the home via smart lock.

Our stay was great, the place is exactly as listed and pictured. We enjoyed all of the amenities they had to offer and use. The one bike had a flat tire/tube when we tried to ride it but wasn’t probably their fault. And we found a dead cockroach and an inhaler which wasn’t ours. Other than that the place was very clean and put together beautifully.

Clean, peaceful, quiet, easy access to walk, bike, drive into Folly Beach. Only 20-25 minutes to Charleston, one night we even ride shared both ways, no issues. Will be back! Highly recommend this rental.
