Travel with friends and have your own space! The property has two separate level living areas, a full kitchen, two queen beds and two baths on each floor. A beautiful old beachy character house, just across the street from the beach access. Great deck/patio up and downstairs with great views.
WiFi, Smart TV, W & D & more! Ample parking out back with hot & cold shower make this the perfect low key getaway spot. Dogs welcome for an additional fee $100 per dog. No internal staircase.
This great old house has stood the test of time as a true folly classic. Many updates have been done to keep this charmer comfortable and modern while still retaining its old charm. Some uneven floors and rustic siding may deter those looking for a new house feel, this house has been around for nearly 100 years. Property is also listed for rent of each level but this listing is for the entire house. No internal staircase, only external. one in the front and one in back.

Great beach house
The house was right off the public beach access, couldn’t be any closer unless it was on the beach. It was a good set up, with the top and bottom floor essentially 2 different houses with outdoor stairs connecting them. The only complaint was with the AC. It never got below 77 which was a little uncomfortable with the summer heat and trying to sleep. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Perfect beach getaway
The location could not be better! Just a short walk to beach access. The house had everything we needed for a group of 10 adults. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated so cute!
