Boutique Vera Hotel Room 303: King Room in the Heart of Folly Beach

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the third floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 70 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 420 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time!

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Birthday Getaway

We needed a place to stay for one night to get away from the kids and responsibilities and celebrate my bday! Booking was super easy and instructions for check in and parking were communicated very well and timely. The room itself was super clean and decorated in a very fun way. The location was great! We were able to walk down to the pier and grab some snacks on our way back. After checking out the next day, we were within walking distance to the Lost Dog Cafe where we had a wonderful breakfast!
