Desapontador!

Reservei uma estadia para meus pais na suíte Deluxe, e fiquei muito desapontada. Primeiramente com o serviço, já que não deram informações básicas de como acessar a internet ou de como usar o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto, ainda mais se tratando de um casal de idosos. Fiquei surpresa de saber que ninguém sequer os acompanhou até o quarto, e além disso tiveram que pagar estacionamento, algo que não estava escrito em nenhum lugar no momento que paguei a hospedagem. Achei um absurdo pagar quase $700 reais em uma noite em um hotel 4 estrelas e não receber o mínimo de um bom atendimento e suporte, além disso o quarto tinha manchas nas paredes e não estava bem higienizado. Também me surpreendeu não ter banheira no banheiro, achei que era algo comum de se esperar em uma suíte Deluxe de um hotel desse porte. Não recomendo para ninguém!

Foi muito ruim, secador do banheiro não funcionava. Para falar com a recepção tive que ligar do meu celular no telefone do hotel, as chamadas dos quartos não atendem. Box do banheiro entupido, tivemos que mudar de quarto. Nenhuma presteza em agilizar os serviços.
